- - Besan
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- - Chaat Masala
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine curd, gram flour, ginger-garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, chaat masala, mustard oil, and salt. Mix well to form a thick marinade.
- 2. Add paneer cubes, capsicum, onion, and tomato to the marinade. Toss gently to coat all pieces evenly. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to allow the flavors to infuse.
- 3. Heat a grill pan or tawa over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil and grill the marinated paneer and vegetables until they are charred and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes, turning occasionally.
- 4. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a flat pan. Place a generous portion of grilled paneer and vegetables in the center of each roti. Top with shredded cabbage for crunch.
- 5. Roll the rotis tightly into wraps and secure with parchment paper or toothpicks if needed. Serve warm, garnished with lemon wedges and fresh coriander leaves.
