- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Quinoa
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Salt
- 250 g Cucumber
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Lemon
- - Chaat Masala
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder

- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and sauté the paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Set aside.
