Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate, about 7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the boiled chickpeas and paneer cubes to the pan. Mix well to coat them in the spices and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt, then stir to combine. Cook the mixture for another 3 minutes, ensuring the flavors meld together.
  6. 6. Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
