- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Lemon
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Allow them to splutter for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil starts to separate, about 7 minutes.
- 4. Add the boiled chickpeas and paneer cubes to the pan. Mix well to coat them in the spices and cook for 5 minutes.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and salt, then stir to combine. Cook the mixture for another 3 minutes, ensuring the flavors meld together.
- 6. Remove from heat, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and a squeeze of lemon juice.
- 7. Serve hot with freshly made parathas or toasted bread for a wholesome breakfast.
