Ingredients
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Ajwain
- - Besan
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 250 g Carrot
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, carom seeds, and salt. Gradually add water and whisk to form a smooth, lump-free batter with a pancake-like consistency.
- 2. Stir in the chopped tomato, capsicum, green chili, and coriander leaves into the batter. Mix well.
- 3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and drizzle a few drops of olive oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a thin circle. Cook for 2 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Repeat with the remaining batter to make 4 cheelas.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix the plain yogurt with lemon juice and a pinch of salt to make a tangy yogurt dressing.
- 5. Prepare the filling by combining shredded cabbage and grated carrot in a bowl. Toss with a spoonful of the yogurt dressing.
- 6. To assemble, place a cheela on a plate, spread a thin layer of yogurt dressing over it, and add a portion of the cabbage-carrot filling in the center. Fold the cheela into a wrap.
- 7. Serve the wraps warm, optionally with a side of mint chutney for added flavor.
