- 200 g Dahi
- 200 ml Ghee
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, yogurt, and a pinch of salt. Knead into a soft dough, adding a little water if necessary. Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- 2. In another bowl, mix grated paneer, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, fresh coriander leaves, and 1/2 tsp salt to prepare the stuffing.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a small disc. Place a portion of the paneer stuffing in the center of each disc, fold the edges over the filling, and seal it well.
- 4. Gently roll out the stuffed dough balls into a paratha, ensuring the stuffing does not spill out.
- 5. Heat a tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Place a rolled-out paratha on the tawa and cook for 2-3 minutes until light brown spots appear on one side.
- 6. Flip the paratha, apply ghee, and cook for 1-2 minutes. Repeat on the other side until golden brown and fully cooked.
- 7. Serve hot with yogurt, pickle, or a side of your choice.
