Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Switz Puff Dough Paratha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter for a few seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in the green chilies and capsicum, cooking for another 2 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are softened and the spices are well combined, about 4-5 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the crumbled paneer to the pan and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
  6. 6. Sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice over the paneer mixture, stirring well. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
