- 200 g Paneer
- 250 G Masur Dal
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100G Oleo
- - Fresh Cream
- - Dairy Milk
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat, add cumin seeds, and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the green chili and chopped tomatoes.
- 3. Cook the tomatoes until soft and mushy, and add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt.
- 4. Stir in the rinsed red lentils and milk, cover, and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes until the lentils are tender.
- 5. Add the paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes, letting them soak up the flavors.
- 6. Stir in the fresh cream and garam masala, adjusting seasoning as needed.
- 7. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or flatbread.
