Ingredients
- 500 g Rava
- 200 ml Ghee
- - Green Peas
- 250 g French Beans
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 250 g Carrot
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Dry roast the multigrain rava in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously until lightly golden. Set aside.
- 2. Heat ghee in a large pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add curry leaves and chopped green chili, sautéing for 1 minute.
- 3. Add turmeric powder, green peas, carrots, beans, and capsicum. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
- 4. Gradually add the roasted rava to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables and spices.
- 5. Pour boiling water into the mixture (approximately 2 cups, adjust based on desired consistency), stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the rava absorbs the water and the mixture thickens.

- 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix gently and let it sit covered for 2 minutes.
- 8. Serve warm with a side of yogurt or coconut chutney for a complete meal.
