Ingredients

  • 500 g Rava
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • - Green Peas
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Dry roast the multigrain rava in a pan over medium heat for 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously until lightly golden. Set aside.
  2. 2. Heat ghee in a large pan on medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add curry leaves and chopped green chili, sautéing for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, green peas, carrots, beans, and capsicum. Cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  4. 4. Gradually add the roasted rava to the pan, stirring to combine with the vegetables and spices.
  5. 5. Pour boiling water into the mixture (approximately 2 cups, adjust based on desired consistency), stirring continuously to avoid lumps. Cover and cook for 5 minutes until the rava absorbs the water and the mixture thickens.
  6. 6. Season with salt and ground black pepper, mix well, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Turn off the heat and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix gently and let it sit covered for 2 minutes.
