Ingredients

  • 500 Grms Ragi / Nachni Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Olive Oil
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • 50 g Cumin Powder
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
  2. 2. Add chopped green chilies, tomato, onion, and coriander leaves to the dry mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
  3. 3. Gradually add yogurt and mix well to form a thick batter. Add a little more yogurt if required to achieve a pourable consistency.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
  5. 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet, spreading it gently into a round pancake shape.
  6. 6. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
  7. 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding oil as needed for each pancake.
  8. 8. Serve the pancakes warm with a side of tangy chutney or low-fat yogurt.
