Ingredients
- 500 Grms Ragi / Nachni Atta Millets Atta 500 Grms
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- - Low Fat Dahi (Pouch)
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Olive Oil
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- 50 g Cumin Powder
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt.
- 2. Add chopped green chilies, tomato, onion, and coriander leaves to the dry mixture, stirring until evenly distributed.
- 3. Gradually add yogurt and mix well to form a thick batter. Add a little more yogurt if required to achieve a pourable consistency.
- 4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil. Sprinkle mustard seeds and allow them to crackle.
- 5. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the skillet, spreading it gently into a round pancake shape.
- 6. Cook each pancake for 2-3 minutes on one side or until golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes on the other side.
- 7. Repeat the process with the remaining batter, adding oil as needed for each pancake.
- 8. Serve the pancakes warm with a side of tangy chutney or low-fat yogurt.
