Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Green Peas
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 25 g Kasuri Methi
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a kadhai or deep pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil begins to separate from the mixture.
  4. 4. Stir in the coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook for 1-2 minutes to toast the spices.
  5. 5. Add the diced green and red bell peppers along with the blanched green peas. Mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender.
  6. 6. Add the paneer cubes to the kadhai and gently mix to coat them with the sauce. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and kasuri methi over the dish, mix lightly, and cook for another minute.
  8. 8. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve warm in a bowl.
