Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50 g Asafoetida Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil or ghee in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter, then add asafoetida for a burst of aroma.
  2. 2. Stir in the green chilies and pureed tomatoes. Cook the mixture for 7-10 minutes until the oil separates and the gravy thickens.
  3. 3. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and sauté for another 2 minutes to incorporate the spices.
  4. 4. Lower the heat and gently add the whisked yogurt, stirring continuously to avoid curdling. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  5. 5. Add the paneer cubes to the gravy and simmer for 5-7 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
