Ingredients
- 2 Pieces Daily Apple
- 250 ml Dabur Hommade Lemon Juice (Bottle)
- 1 Kg Cranberry
- 200 g Raw Mango Cut
- 45 g On1Y Cinnamon Powder
- 50 g Whole Farm Cardamom Powder
- 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- 2. Peel and core 4 apples, then slice them thinly. Sprinkle the slices with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice to prevent browning.
- 3. In a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish, layer the apple slices, 1 cup of mango (diced), and 1 cup of fresh cranberries.
- 4. In a small bowl, mix 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom, and a pinch of cumin. Sprinkle this spice mixture evenly over the layered fruits.
- 5. Cover the casserole dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the fruits are tender and the flavors are well combined.
- 6. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm as a light dessert or side dish.
