  • 500 g Weikfield Cornstarch Amazingly Versatile Gluten Free
  • 2 Pieces Daily Apple
  • 500 ml Conscious Food Cold Pressed Coconut Oil
  • 1 kg Whole Farm Brown Sugar
  • 50 g Sakthi Curry Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. 2. Drain the canned apple and apple thoroughly and cut them into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Peel and slice the bananas into rounds, then combine all the prepared fruits in a large mixing bowl.
  4. 4. In a separate small bowl, mix 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 2 teaspoons of cornstarch, 1 tablespoon of curry powder.
  5. 5. Transfer the mixed fruits into a buttered 9 x 12-inch baking dish and evenly sprinkle the spice mixture over the top.
