Ingredients
- - Toned Milk
- - Vermicelli
- 200g Good Life Mixed Dry Fruits 200 G
- 285G Safa Custard Powder Vanilla Flavored (285g)
- 100 Ml Gowardhan Ghee
- 100 g Raisins
- 500G Madhur Sugar
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp ghee in a pan and roast 1/2 cup vermicelli until golden brown. Set aside.
- 2. In a separate pan, boil 2 cups of milk on medium heat. Add the roasted vermicelli and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 3. In a small bowl, mix 2 tbsp custard powder with 2 tbsp cold milk to form a smooth paste.
- 4. Add the custard paste to the boiling milk and vermicelli mixture. Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
- 5. Add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 tsp cardamom powder. Cook for another 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens.
- 6. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Garnish with 1 tbsp chopped nuts and 1 tbsp raisins.
- 7. Serve warm or chilled.
