Ingredients

  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Fresh Cream
  • 250 ml Olive Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma dissipates. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
  3. 3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oil separates from the mixture.
  4. 4. Mix in the diced bell peppers, green peas, and paneer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the yogurt and fresh cream. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the mixture is well combined. Adjust salt to taste.
