- 400 g Atta Bread
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 200 g Dahi
- - Fresh Cream
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tbsp of cooking oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Let them splutter, then add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw aroma dissipates. Stir in the turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala.
- 3. Add the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oil separates from the mixture.
- 4. Mix in the diced bell peppers, green peas, and paneer. Cook for 4-5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to soften slightly.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and stir in the yogurt and fresh cream. Cook for another 2-3 minutes, ensuring the mixture is well combined. Adjust salt to taste.
- 6. Lightly toast the slices of whole wheat bread in a toaster or on a pan until crisp and golden.
- 7. Spoon the vegetable tikka masala mixture over the toasted bread slices evenly. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
