Ingredients
- 100 g Sambar Onion Peeled
- 250 g Organically Grown Green Capsicum
- 500 g Pluckk Organic Hybrid Tomatoes
- 1 Pack Button Mushroom (Anabe)
- 100 g Broccoli Florets
- 1 Kg Red Lotus Special Flour
- 1 kg Tata Salt (Vacuum Evaporated Iodised)
- 900 G Kikkoman Naturally Brewed Dark Soy Sauce
- 1 pack (100 g) Nutraj Classic Safed Til | Sesame Seeds | Natural
- 500 g Honeyman Multi Flower Honey
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- 2. Cut 1 1/2 lb of button mushrooms into bite-sized pieces and place them in a casserole dish.
- 3. Sprinkle the mushrooms with 1/3 cup flour and 1 tsp salt, then shake the dish gently to coat the mushrooms evenly.
- 4. Add 1 sliced Sambar onion, 1 sliced green capsicum, 1 lb diced tomatoes, 4 oz sliced mushrooms, and 1 head of broccoli to the casserole dish.
- 5. In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp honey and 3 tbsp soy sauce until combined, then pour the mixture over the mushrooms and vegetables.
- 6. Sprinkle 1 tbsp sesame seeds evenly over the top.
- 7. Bake the casserole, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
- 8. Remove from the oven, stir gently to combine the flavors, and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the mushrooms are fully cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- 9. Serve hot and enjoy your delicious vegetable bake.
