- 250 g Carrot
- - Bell Peppers
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 320 g Puff Pastry Sheet
- 200 g Cheese - Pizza
- - Sweet Corn
- - Mixed Herbs
- 200 g Table Salt
- 25 g Ginger Garlic Paste
- 500 Ml Champion Oil
- - Red Chilli Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- 2. Chop the vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, and zucchini) into small, even pieces.
- 3. Heat a pan with 1 tablespoon of oil and sauté the chopped vegetables for 5 minutes until slightly tender.
- 4. Add 1 teaspoon of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon of red chili powder, and salt to taste. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 5. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface and cut them into squares.
- 6. Place a spoonful of the sautéed vegetable mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
- 7. Fold the edges of the pastry to form a parcel and seal the edges with a little water.
- 8. Brush the parcels with beaten egg or milk for a golden finish.
- 9. Place the parcels on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- 10. Serve hot with mint chutney or ketchup.
