Ingredients

  • 500 ml Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 100 g Tata Sampann Whole Spices Cumin Seed
  • 50 g Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1/2-inch water in a 12-inch skillet until boiling and add the green beans.
  2. 2. Bring the water back to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, until the beans are tender-crisp.
  3. 3. Drain the green beans and wipe the skillet dry.
  4. 4. In the same skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of Bertolli Extra Virgin Olive Oil over medium heat. Add 1/4 teaspoon of cumin seeds, stirring for 30 seconds to release the aroma.
  5. 5. Add the cooked green beans to the skillet and stir frequently for 3 to 5 minutes until they are tender and well-coated with the spices.
  6. 6. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle with black pepper, stirring to ensure the beans are evenly coated.
