- 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
- 500 g Capsicum Green

- 20 g Oregano
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 250 G Beans (250Gm)
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 100 g Garlic
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the soaked white beans thoroughly, then cook them in a pressure cooker for 15-20 minutes or until tender.
- 2. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add hing (asafoetida) and sauté for 30 seconds to release its aroma.
- 3. Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they soften and form a base.
- 4. Stir in the diced zucchini, shredded cabbage, and diced green bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, allowing the vegetables to slightly soften.
- 5. Add the cooked white beans to the pot, along with oregano, basil, black pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and simmer for 10 minutes.
