Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 250 g Spinach
  • - Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • - Olive Oil
  • 20 g Oregano
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and lightly grease a medium-sized ovenproof skillet with olive oil.
  2. 2. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in the skillet over medium heat. Remove the casing from the sausages, crumble them into small pieces, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.
  3. 3. Add diced tomatoes, green bell pepper, and spinach to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables soften slightly.
  4. 4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, Parmesan cheese, oregano, chili flakes, black pepper, and salt until fully combined.
  5. 5. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and vegetable mixture in the skillet, ensuring it spreads uniformly.
  6. 6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until the frittata is set and golden on top.
  7. 7. Remove from the oven, allow to cool for 2-3 minutes, then slice into wedges and serve warm.
