  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Sunflower Seeds Plain
  • 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add hing (asafoetida) and let it sizzle for 10 seconds to release its aroma.
  2. 2. Add diced tomatoes, bell peppers, and zucchini to the pan. Stir well and cook for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables soften.
  3. 3. Add boiled chickpeas to the pan, followed by dried oregano, dried basil, black pepper powder, red chili flakes, and salt. Stir to combine and cook for another 5 minutes.
