- 500 g Refined Flour
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Til
- 1 kg Bell Peppers

- 100 g Hing Khoda
- 200 g Dahi
- 500 g Sugar
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 100 g Baking Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 1 liter Sunflower Oil
Instructions
- 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vegetable oil. Gradually add plant-based yogurt and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the filling by mixing -free cheese, finely chopped tomato, diced bell peppers, cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, hing, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl. Ensure the mixture is well combined.
- 3. Divide the dough into equal portions and roll each portion into a small circle using a rolling pin. Place a spoonful of the cheese mixture in the center of each circle.
- 4. Fold the edges of the dough to form triangular shapes, pinching the corners to seal them tightly. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top for added texture.
- 5. Preheat a non-stick pan or tawa over medium heat. Place the fatayer on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
