  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Til
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • - Cheese Block-200Gm
  • 100 g Hing Khoda
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 100 g Baking Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil

Instructions

  1. 1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, and vegetable oil. Gradually add plant-based yogurt and knead into a soft, pliable dough. Cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare the filling by mixing -free cheese, finely chopped tomato, diced bell peppers, cumin powder, black pepper powder, turmeric powder, hing, and chopped coriander leaves in a bowl. Ensure the mixture is well combined.
