Ingredients

  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 200 g Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 250 ml Pure Milk Whipping Cream
  • 28 ml Vanilla Essence
  • 100 g Pasteurised Butter
  • - Toned Milk
  • 160 Ml Rainbow Full Cream Sterilized, Evaporated Milk
  • 500 g Wheat Flour / Maida
  • 100 g Baking Powder
  • 500 g Sugar

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. 2. Grease and flour a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking pan.
  3. 3. Sift flour and baking powder together and set aside. Cream butter and 1 cup of sugar together until fluffy.
  4. 4. Add eggs and 1/2 teaspoon of the vanilla extract; beat well.
  5. 5. Add the flour mixture to the butter mixture 2 tablespoons at a time, mixing until well blended.
  6. 6. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  7. 7. Bake for 30 minutes or until done when tested with a toothpick.
  8. 8. Pierce cake many, many times with a fork.
  9. 9. Whisk together the whole milk, evaporated milk and condensed milk until well mixed.
  10. 10. Pour about 2 cups at a time over cooled cake, letting mixture absorb into cake until all milk mixture is used.
  11. 11. Refrigerate until thoroughly chilled.
  12. 12. Whip whipping cream, 1 1/3 cups sugar and 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla together until thick.
  13. 13. Spread over the top of the cake.
