- 200 ml Fish Sauce
- 1 l Homogenised Toned Milk
- 1 kg Fish Fillets
- 250g Coriander
- 500 g Onion
- 50 g Red Curry Paste
- 200 g Table Salt
- 50 g Cumin Powder

- 1. Start by prepping your ingredients: cut the fish fillets into bite-sized pieces.
- 2. In a pot, heat 2 tablespoons of patanjali sunflower oil over medium heat.
- 3. Once hot, add 1 tablespoon of everest cumin powder and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- 4. Stir in 2 tablespoons of real thai red curry paste and cook for another minute.
- 5. Gradually pour in amul homogenised toned milk to the pot while stirring continuously, forming a smooth, creamy base.
- 6. Add the fish fillet pieces into the pot and gently mix to coat the fish with the curry mixture.
- 7. Pour 1 tablespoon of real thai fish sauce, adjust the seasoning with a pinch of iodised salt, and mix well.
- 8. Allow the stew to simmer gently for 10-15 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flavors are well combined.
