Ingredients

  • - Fresh Tofu
  • 100 g Rice Paper
  • 1 bunch Thai Basil
  • 1 pc (approx. 500 g to 800 g) Cabbage
  • 1 piece Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
  • 100 g Hing Khoda

Instructions

  1. Press the tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut it into thin strips. Marinate the tofu with 1 tablespoon lime juice and 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with 1 tablespoon sesame oil and lightly sauté the marinated tofu until golden and slightly crispy, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside to cool.
  3. Prepare the vegetables by shredding the red cabbage, julienning the bell peppers, and slicing the cucumber into thin sticks. Keep the Thai basil leaves whole.
  4. Fill a shallow plate with warm water. Dip one rice paper sheet into the water for 5-10 seconds until soft and pliable, then place it on a clean, damp surface.
  5. Arrange a small portion of sautéed tofu, vegetables, Thai basil leaves, and crushed peanuts in the center of the rice paper. Fold the bottom edge over the filling, then fold in the sides, and roll tightly to form a wrap.
  6. Repeat the process for the remaining rice paper sheets and filling ingredients.
  7. For the dipping sauce, mix 1 tablespoon coconut sugar and 1 tablespoon lime juice in a small bowl until well combined.
  8. Serve the Thai Basil Protein Snack Wraps with the dipping sauce on the side and enjoy immediately.
