  • - Rice Vinegar
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • 100 g Cornflour
  • 100 g Til
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.

  3. 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  4. 4. In the same pan, reduce the heat to low and pour in the prepared teriyaki sauce. Allow it to simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened slightly. Brush the sauce generously over the cooked salmon fillets.
  5. 5. Heat the remaining sesame oil in another pan over medium heat. Add broccoli florets and julienned bell peppers, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until tender yet crisp. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  6. 6. To assemble, divide the cooked rice into bowls, then top with the teriyaki-glazed salmon and stir-fried vegetables. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped spring onions for a fresh, vibrant touch.
  7. 7. Serve the Teriyaki Salmon Breakfast Bowls warm and enjoy a hearty, flavorful start to your day.
