- 1 bunch Spring Onion
- 1 Kg Indian Salmon (Rawas) Fish
- 250 g Jasmine Rice
- 1 pc Broccoli
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500Ml Habit Toasted Sesame Oil Cold Presses
- 80 g Soya Sauce
- 50 g Honey
- - Rice Vinegar
- 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
- 100 g Cornflour
- 100 g Til
- 100 g Salt
- 50 g Black Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the jasmine rice thoroughly and cook it according to package instructions. Fluff with a fork and set aside.
- 2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, cornstarch, and a pinch of red chili flakes to prepare the teriyaki sauce. Stir until well combined.
- 3. Heat 1 tablespoon of sesame oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper, then cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon and set aside.
