- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- - Coriander Powder
- 50G Green Chilies
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until the raw aroma disappears.
- 4. Add the green chilies, tomatoes, and capsicum to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
- 5. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, and cook for another minute to bloom the spices.
- 6. Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
- 7. Season with salt and black pepper powder, then sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves for garnish.
- 8. Serve hot with toasted bread or parathas for a complete breakfast meal.
