Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and add cumin seeds, allowing them to sizzle for 30 seconds.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, stirring frequently to avoid burning.
  3. 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute until the raw aroma disappears.
  4. 4. Add the green chilies, tomatoes, and capsicum to the pan and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
  5. 5. Mix in turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala, and cook for another minute to bloom the spices.
  6. 6. Add the minced chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-12 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked and no longer pink.
