  • 100 g Coriander Leaves

  • - Green Peas
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a tawa or large flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another minute until aromatic.
  3. 3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil starts to separate.
  4. 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another minute to blend the spices.
  5. 5. Stir in the diced vegetables (capsicum, carrot, and green peas) and cook for 5 minutes, ensuring they retain a slight crunch.
  6. 6. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the masala. Let it cook for 3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and add the fresh cream. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
