Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- - Fresh Cream
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Jeera
- 1 Kg Kissan Tomato Puree
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a tawa or large flat pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, then stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Cook for another minute until aromatic.
- 3. Pour in the tomato puree and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oil starts to separate.
- 4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another minute to blend the spices.
- 5. Stir in the diced vegetables (capsicum, carrot, and green peas) and cook for 5 minutes, ensuring they retain a slight crunch.
- 6. Add the paneer cubes and gently mix to coat them with the masala. Let it cook for 3 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala over the mixture and add the fresh cream. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 8. Turn off the heat and garnish the dish with freshly chopped coriander leaves before serving.
