Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100G Oleo
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 1 kg Bell Peppers
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on a flat pan (tawa) over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and lightly fry them until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  3. 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears. Add the slit green chilies and diced bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes break down and the masala thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Return the fried paneer cubes to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer and vegetables with the masala. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and cook for another 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
