- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 1 kg Bell Peppers
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on a flat pan (tawa) over medium heat. Add the paneer cubes and lightly fry them until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, add the remaining oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them sizzle. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears. Add the slit green chilies and diced bell peppers, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes break down and the masala thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Return the fried paneer cubes to the pan. Mix well to coat the paneer and vegetables with the masala. Sprinkle garam masala over the dish and cook for another 2 minutes.
- 6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, naan, or steamed rice.
