- 250 g Mutton
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100G Oleo
- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 250 g Spinach
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a tawa or large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste to the onions and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
- 3. Add the diced mutton to the pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the mutton is lightly browned, add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
- 4. Cook the mixture for 15-20 minutes until the mutton is tender and the masala thickens. Stir in the garam masala and adjust salt to taste.
- 5. In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the diced bell pepper and spinach for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
- 6. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and scramble them in the same pan until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat.
- 7. Assemble the breakfast bowl by layering the mutton masala, scrambled eggs, and sautéed vegetables. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
