  • 250 g Mutton
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100G Oleo
  • 6 pcs White Eggs
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a tawa or large skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Add the ginger-garlic paste to the onions and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Then, stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and red chili powder.
  3. 3. Add the diced mutton to the pan and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Once the mutton is lightly browned, add the chopped tomatoes and green chilies.
  4. 4. Cook the mixture for 15-20 minutes until the mutton is tender and the masala thickens. Stir in the garam masala and adjust salt to taste.
  5. 5. In a separate pan, heat the remaining oil and sauté the diced bell pepper and spinach for 3-4 minutes until softened. Remove and set aside.
  6. 6. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and scramble them in the same pan until fluffy and cooked through. Remove from heat.
