- 500 g Onion
- 250 g Carrot
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 g Dahi
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 100 g Ajwain
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine besan, turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin seeds, ajwain, and salt. Gradually add curd and mix until smooth. Adjust consistency with a little water if needed to form a thick batter.
- 2. Add chopped onion, grated carrot, chopped capsicum, green chili, and coriander leaves to the batter. Mix well to evenly incorporate the vegetables.
- 3. Heat a tawa (griddle) on medium heat and lightly grease it with cooking oil. Pour a ladleful of batter onto the tawa and spread it into a thin circular shape.
- 4. Cook the chilla on medium heat for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to lift. Flip it gently and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
