Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 100 g Quinoa
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a tawa or flat pan over medium heat and lightly sear the paneer cubes until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, add the remaining oil and heat it. Add cumin seeds and let them sizzle for a few seconds, then add the chopped onions and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Add the tomatoes and cook until they soften and the oil starts to separate.
- 4. Add the diced capsicum, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the capsicum is tender yet slightly crisp.
- 5. Add the seared paneer cubes back into the pan along with garam masala. Toss gently to coat the paneer in the masala and cook for 2 minutes.
- 6. To serve, place a generous portion of cooked quinoa in a bowl. Top with the tawa masala paneer, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and a squeeze of lime.
