- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- 100G Oleo
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 25 g Kasuri Methi
- 100 g Lemon
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat vegetable oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add cumin seeds. Let them sizzle for 30 seconds.
- 2. Add finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown, about 4-5 minutes.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and turmeric powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the mixture becomes a thick paste, around 5 minutes.
- 4. Add the diced bell pepper and boiled chickpeas to the tawa. Mix well to coat everything in the spice mixture.
- 5. Sprinkle red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, and dried fenugreek leaves over the chickpeas. Stir and cook for 6-8 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
