- 6 pcs White Eggs
- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa (flat pan) on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and sauté until soft and translucent.
- 2. Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and green chili, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- 3. Add the chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the oil separates.
- 4. Crack the eggs directly into the pan. Gently whisk and mix with the masala, cooking until the eggs are set but still soft.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and fresh coriander leaves over the scrambled eggs. Mix well and remove from heat.
- 6. Butter the bread slices and toast them on the tawa until golden and crisp.
- 7. Assemble the sandwich by spreading the egg masala evenly between two slices of toasted bread. Repeat for remaining slices.
- 8. Serve hot with a side of ketchup or mint chutney for a complete breakfast experience.
