Ingredients

  • 500 g Poha
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Green Peas
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the poha in a colander under running water for 30 seconds, then let it sit to soften while you prepare other ingredients.
  2. 2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds. Once they start popping, add curry leaves and green chili, sautéing for 1 minute.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 3-4 minutes. Then, add the grated carrot, green peas, and tomato, cooking for another 4-5 minutes until softened.
  4. 4. Stir in the turmeric powder and salt, mixing well to coat the vegetables evenly.
  5. 5. Add the softened poha to the pan and gently mix it with the vegetable mixture, ensuring even distribution. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  6. 6. Toss in the peanuts and lemon juice, stirring well. Adjust salt and spices if needed.
