  • 250g Swad White Aval 250g
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100G Oleo
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Rinse the flattened rice (poha) in a colander under running water until it softens. Let it drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and let them splutter, then add curry leaves and green chilies. Sauté for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add the chopped onion and sauté until it turns translucent. Stir in the turmeric powder and red chili powder.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften, about 4-5 minutes. Season with salt and sugar, and mix well.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the softened poha and roasted peanuts. Stir everything together to ensure the spices and flavors coat the poha evenly.
  6. 6. Squeeze the lemon juice over the mixture and give it a final stir. Cook for another 1-2 minutes on low heat.
