Ingredients

  • 1 pc (approx. 250g-500g) Lettuce Iceberg
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Chicken Breast
  • 700 Ml Healthy Boy Thai Soy Sauces
  • 200 ml Fish Sauce
  • 60G Primi Piatti Red Chilli Flakes
  • - Baby Tomatoes
  • 500g Good Life Raw Peanuts 500 G
  • 200 ml Sesame Oil
  • - Olive Oil
  • 500 g Sugar
  • 250 g Cucumber
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken breasts in a mixture of soy sauce, fish sauce, lime juice, red chili flakes, sugar, and salt for 20 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes, then slice into thin strips.
