  • 400 g Atta Bread
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions turn translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala; cook until the tomatoes soften and form a thick masala base.
