- 400 g Atta Bread
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and add cumin seeds; let them splutter.
- 2. Add chopped onions and green chilies, sauté until the onions turn translucent.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and garam masala; cook until the tomatoes soften and form a thick masala base.
- 4. Add the paneer cubes to the masala, gently mix to coat evenly, and cook for 2-3 minutes to absorb flavors.
- 5. Season with salt and squeeze lemon juice over the paneer mixture; sprinkle chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- 6. Lightly toast the bread slices on the tawa until golden and crisp on both sides.
- 7. Spread the paneer masala evenly over the toasted bread slices and serve warm.
