Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200 g Dahi
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes. Add the ginger paste and green chili, and cook for another minute.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes soften and release their juices, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add the crumbled paneer to the skillet and mix well with the tomato-onion mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes, ensuring the paneer absorbs the flavors.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped fresh coriander over the mixture. Stir well and cook for another minute before removing from heat.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat rotis on the tawa and spread an even portion of the paneer bhurji filling across the center of each roti.
- 7. Roll the rotis tightly around the filling to form rolls. If desired, serve with a side of yogurt for dipping.
