Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 250 g French Beans
- 250 g Carrot
- 100G Oleo
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add the cubed paneer and lightly sauté until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- 2. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and heat it. Toss in the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the sliced onions and sauté until soft and translucent.
- 3. Add the finely chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes until it breaks down into a thick paste. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes to release their aroma.
- 4. Add the green beans, carrot, and capsicum to the pan. Stir well, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
- 5. Add the sautéed paneer back to the pan and gently mix. Sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice over the dish, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- 6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas, roti, or as a standalone dish for a nutritious breakfast.
