Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 250 g French Beans
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 100G Oleo
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large tawa or flat pan over medium heat. Add the cubed paneer and lightly sauté until golden on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and heat it. Toss in the cumin seeds and let them splutter. Add the sliced onions and sauté until soft and translucent.
  3. 3. Add the finely chopped tomato and cook for 3-4 minutes until it breaks down into a thick paste. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook the spices for 1-2 minutes to release their aroma.
  4. 4. Add the green beans, carrot, and capsicum to the pan. Stir well, cover, and cook for 5-7 minutes on medium heat until the vegetables are tender but still slightly crisp.
  5. 5. Add the sautéed paneer back to the pan and gently mix. Sprinkle garam masala and lemon juice over the dish, stirring to combine. Cook for another 2 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. 6. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with parathas, roti, or as a standalone dish for a nutritious breakfast.
