Ingredients
- 200 g Paneer
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Onion
- 100G Oleo
- 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sautéing until the onions turn translucent.
- 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 30 seconds to toast the spices.
- 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt, cooking until the tomatoes are soft and the oil begins to separate from the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the crumbled paneer. Mix gently to coat the paneer with the spice-tomato mixture.
- 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is heated through and well combined.
- 7. Sprinkle garam masala and drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture, stirring gently to incorporate.
- 8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with toasted bread or parathas.
