Ingredients

  • 200 g Paneer
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 500 g Onion
  • 100G Oleo
  • 50 Grms Garam Masala Handmade Spices 50 Grms
  • medium Chilli Green Long
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat the vegetable oil in a tawa or non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the cumin seeds and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and green chili, sautéing until the onions turn translucent.
  3. 3. Stir in the turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder, cooking for 30 seconds to toast the spices.
  4. 4. Add the chopped tomatoes and salt, cooking until the tomatoes are soft and the oil begins to separate from the mixture, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. 5. Reduce the heat to low and add the crumbled paneer. Mix gently to coat the paneer with the spice-tomato mixture.
  6. 6. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the paneer is heated through and well combined.
  7. 7. Sprinkle garam masala and drizzle the lemon juice over the mixture, stirring gently to incorporate.
