- 1 head Cauliflower
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 2 pcs Zucchini
- 200 g Paneer
- - Chaat Masala
- 250 ml Olive Oil
- 400G Chtoura Foods Boiled Chickpeas In Brine
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Jeera
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat and add olive oil. Once hot, add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- 2. Add cauliflower florets, diced bell peppers, and zucchini to the tawa. Sprinkle turmeric powder and salt, then sauté for 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender yet retain a crunch.
- 3. Add the diced paneer and boiled chickpeas to the tawa. Toss gently to avoid breaking the paneer, and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4. Reduce the heat and mix in the diced tomatoes, green chili, chaat masala, and red chili powder. Stir well and cook for 2-3 minutes to let the flavors combine.
- 5. Turn off the heat and drizzle lemon juice over the mixture. Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
