Ingredients
- 1 Kg Idly/Dosa Batter
- 1Kg Potato
- 500 g Onion
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100G Oleo
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 G Lasun Khobra Chutney
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- - Green Peas
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Boil the potatoes until tender, peel, and mash them. Set aside.
- 2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onion and green chili, and sauté until translucent.
- 3. Add chopped tomato, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the spices are well blended.
- 4. Add mashed potatoes and green peas to the pan, mix well, and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add garam masala, lemon juice, and coriander leaves. Stir and remove from heat.
- 5. Heat a tawa or flat pan and pour a ladleful of dosa batter, spreading it thinly in a circular motion. Drizzle a few drops of oil around the edges and cook on medium heat until golden and crispy.
- 6. Place a portion of the potato filling in the center of the dosa, fold it into a wrap, and remove from the tawa.
- 7. Repeat with the remaining batter and filling. Serve hot with coconut chutney on the side, if desired.
