Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 100 g Lemon
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
  2. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. 4. Add the minced chicken to the tawa and mix well with the spice mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
  5. 5. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the chicken keema. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. 6. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a tawa or skillet. Place a generous portion of the chicken keema in the center of each roti and roll tightly to form wraps.
