Ingredients
- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 500 g Onion
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Lemon
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Heat oil in a tawa or skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
- 2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 3. Stir in the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the tomatoes are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.
- 4. Add the minced chicken to the tawa and mix well with the spice mixture. Cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- 5. Sprinkle garam masala and chopped coriander leaves over the chicken keema. Squeeze in the juice of half a lemon and mix well. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- 6. Warm the whole wheat rotis on a tawa or skillet. Place a generous portion of the chicken keema in the center of each roti and roll tightly to form wraps.
