  • 500 g Chicken Whole
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 200G Red Chilli Powder (Kashmiri) 200g
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 500 g Onion
  • 50 g Black Pepper Powder
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera Powder
  • 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to create a marinade.
  2. 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
  3. 3. Heat mustard oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat until it begins to shimmer. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. 4. Push the chicken to the side of the tawa and add sliced onions and green chilies to the center. Sauté until the onions are soft and slightly caramelized.
  5. 5. Mix the onions and chicken together on the tawa, ensuring all the flavors combine. Sprinkle black pepper and fresh coriander leaves on top.
