- 500 g Chicken Whole
- 200 g Dahi
- 200G Red Chilli Powder (Kashmiri) 200g
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
- 500 g Onion
- 50 g Black Pepper Powder
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- - Coriander Powder
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 50G Green Chilies
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, lemon juice, turmeric powder, Kashmiri red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger-garlic paste, and salt to create a marinade.
- 2. Add the chicken thighs to the marinade and coat them evenly. Cover and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- 3. Heat mustard oil on a tawa or flat griddle over medium heat until it begins to shimmer. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- 4. Push the chicken to the side of the tawa and add sliced onions and green chilies to the center. Sauté until the onions are soft and slightly caramelized.
- 5. Mix the onions and chicken together on the tawa, ensuring all the flavors combine. Sprinkle black pepper and fresh coriander leaves on top.
- 6. Serve hot directly from the tawa with parathas or bread for a complete breakfast.
