Ingredients

  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • 250 g Carrot
  • 250 g Spinach
  • 200 g Dahi
  • - Besan
  • - Chaat Masala
  • 50G Green Chilies
  • 100 g Jeera
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 1 liter Sunflower Oil
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine gram flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, chaat masala, cumin seeds, and salt.
  2. 2. Add the yogurt and slowly mix in enough water to form a smooth batter with a pouring consistency.
  3. 3. Fold in the chopped onions, tomatoes, grated carrots, spinach, and green chilies to evenly distribute the vegetables.
  4. 4. Heat a non-stick tawa or flat pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with a small amount of oil.
  5. 5. Pour a ladleful of the batter onto the pan and spread it evenly into a thin circle using the back of the ladle.
