Ingredients
- 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
- 200 g Dahi
- 100 g Ajwain
- 100 g Salt
- 200 ml Ghee
- 200 g Paneer
- - Green Peas
- 250 g Carrot
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 50g Everest Garam Masala
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, and yogurt. Knead into a soft dough using additional yogurt if needed. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
- 2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing crumbled paneer, boiled green peas, grated carrots, chopped capsicum, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander leaves in a bowl. Ensure the mixture is evenly combined.
- 3. Divide the rested dough into small equal portions and roll each into a small disc. Place a spoonful of vegetable stuffing in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
- 4. Gently roll the stuffed dough balls into flat parathas, ensuring the stuffing doesn’t spill out.
- 5. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place a paratha on it and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form. Flip, brush with ghee or oil, and cook the other side until golden brown.
- 6. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle for a complete breakfast.
