Ingredients

  • 1 Kg Lokwan Premium Wheat Atta 1 Kg
  • 200 g Dahi
  • 100 g Ajwain
  • 100 g Salt
  • 200 ml Ghee
  • 200 g Paneer
  • - Green Peas
  • 250 g Carrot
  • - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • 200 ml Mustard Oil
  • 500 g Capsicum Green
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder

Instructions

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine whole wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, and yogurt. Knead into a soft dough using additional yogurt if needed. Cover and rest for 30 minutes.
  2. 2. Prepare the stuffing by mixing crumbled paneer, boiled green peas, grated carrots, chopped capsicum, tandoori masala, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, and coriander leaves in a bowl. Ensure the mixture is evenly combined.
  3. 3. Divide the rested dough into small equal portions and roll each into a small disc. Place a spoonful of vegetable stuffing in the center and seal the edges to form a ball.
  4. 4. Gently roll the stuffed dough balls into flat parathas, ensuring the stuffing doesn’t spill out.
  5. 5. Heat a tawa or skillet over medium heat. Place a paratha on it and cook for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form. Flip, brush with ghee or oil, and cook the other side until golden brown.
  6. 6. Repeat with the remaining dough and stuffing. Serve hot with yogurt or pickle for a complete breakfast.
