- 200 g Paneer
- 200 g Dahi
- - Tandoori Seasoning 50g
- 52 g Paprika Powder
- 500 g Onion
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 300 g Ginger Paste
- 200 ml Mustard Oil
- 100 g Unsalted Butter
- 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
- 500 g Capsicum Green
- 100 g Jeera Powder
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Red Chili Powder
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish with butter.
- 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, tandoori masala, turmeric, cumin, paprika, red chili powder, salt, ginger paste, and lemon juice to create a marinade.
- 3. Add the cubed paneer to the marinade and mix gently to coat evenly. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
- 4. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the diced onions, bell peppers, and tomatoes, and sauté for 3-4 minutes until slightly softened.
- 5. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to the greased baking dish, spreading them out evenly. Arrange the marinated paneer cubes on top of the vegetables.
- 6. Bake the dish in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the paneer is lightly browned and the vegetables are tender.
- 7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander before serving warm.
