Ingredients

  • 10 pcs Prawns
  • 500 g Onion
  • 500 g Tomato - Hybrid
  • - Coconut Oil
  • 100 g Tamarind Paste
  • 200G Adrak Lasun Paste (200g)
  • 100 g Curry Leaves
  • 100 g Coriander Leaves
  • - Coriander Powder
  • 50g Everest Garam Masala
  • 100 g Red Chili Powder
  • 100 g Salt
  • 20 g Turmeric Powder
  • 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds

Instructions

  1. 1. Heat 2 tbsp coconut oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds and curry leaves, and let them splutter.
  2. 2. Add finely sliced onions to the pan and sauté until golden brown. Stir in ginger-garlic paste and cook for another 2 minutes.
  3. 3. Add chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and red chili powder. Cook until the tomatoes soften and the oil begins to separate.
  4. 4. Mix in the tamarind paste and prawns. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, ensuring the prawns are evenly coated with the spices.
  5. 5. Sprinkle garam masala and adjust salt as needed. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the prawns are fully cooked and tender.
