- 200Ml Kara Coconut Milk Classic (200ml)
- - Coconut Oil
- 100 g Cashew Regular
- - Grated Coconut
- medium Chilli Green Long
- 100 g Coriander Leaves
- 100 g Curry Leaves
- 250 ml Lemon Juice Concentrate
- 100 g Salt
- 20 g Turmeric Powder
- 100 g Yellow Mustard Seeds
Instructions
- 1. Wash the basmati rice thoroughly and cook it in a pot until tender; set it aside to cool slightly.
- 2. Heat coconut oil in a pan over medium heat and add mustard seeds, allowing them to splutter.
- 3. Add curry leaves and green chilies to the pan, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until aromatic.
- 4. Stir in the turmeric powder, roasted cashews, and grated coconut, cooking for another minute.
- 5. Add the cooked rice to the pan and mix gently to coat the rice evenly with the coconut mixture.
